We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state, as you lie comfortably with props on a yoga mat. These instruments include crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, shakers, and more. We will close with a meditation, chanting, and group reflection.
This workshop is beginner friendly. We recommend you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and dress in layers as the sound vibrations can cause changes in body temperature.
