Cancellation Policy: You have up to 8 hours before evening classes & by 8pm the night before morning classes to cancel your reservation or you will forfeit your class credit/payment.

Late Arrivals: Moving Galaxy doors are locked when class starts. I understand circumstances can arise that may make you a few mins late. You have a 5 min grace period, if you text me beforehand so I can unlock the door for you. I won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals beyond 5 min & your class credit/payment will be forfeited.  

No Shows: Not showing up to class/cancelling your reservation will result in you losing your class credit/funds and you will be charged a $5 fee.
