Yoga Nidra Meditation Circle
We will open with breathwork, intuitive free flowing movement, and a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to provide you a space to check in with yourself and your body. Afterwards, you'll experience a 10 min sound bath, followed by time for journaling.
These sessions can be a great way to implement a monthly reflection into your routine and have a grounding start to your weekend! This offering is beginner-friendly & all are welcome.
A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, bolster and eye pillow will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, journal & other soothing items such a crystals with you.
