Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga allows you to slow down and turn inward, helping alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. This class can help improve your flexibility, reduce tension, and help your body recover from injuries/soreness. You will hold a 3-4 poses for 3-6 minutes at a time and will experience a sound bath during an extended savasana (final resting pose).
A yoga mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket will be provided to support your practice. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle with you.
*No prior yoga experience is needed. This class can be a great recovery option for runners, bikers, rock climbers or those who strength train.
