Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow incorporates flowing sequences to warm up the body while building flexibility, strength, and balance. This is an all-levels vinyasa class for those looking to practice mindfulness through movement. Sound healing instruments will be played during savasana. 

A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, and strap will be provided. Please bring a water bottle with you. 

*Beginner-friendly class with more challenging pose variations offered for advanced yogis.
