Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow is a great way to build strength, balance and flexibility as you move through dynamic and challenging yoga flows. You tend to build heat & energy in this class so dress to sweat! 

A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, and strap will be provided. Please bring a water bottle with you. 

*At least 3 months of yoga experience is recommended for this class
