Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. This class focuses on the release of mind-body tension with the goal of bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. We will close with a sound bath during savasana (final resting pose). 

A yoga mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket will be provided to support your practice. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle with you.

*No prior yoga experience is needed. This class can be a great tool to support your mental health.
