Join us for an immersive sound bath as we close out the winter season and start preparing for Spring!

We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for sound therapy. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and relaxed state as you lie in savasana. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more. We will close with a guided meditation. 

This workshop is for all levels! Dress in warm layers and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle with. Room is gently heated.
