Join us for an immersive sound bath & meditation to cleanse and energize the body, mind & spirit as we embrace the summer season!
We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and gentle low to the ground movement to prepare the body for a 60min sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state as you lie in savasana. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more. We will close with a guide meditation.
This workshop is for all levels! We recommend you bring a water bottle, blanket, pillow/cushion and dress in warm layers as the sound vibrations can cause changes in body temperature.
