This outdoor event is in two parts!
6-6:45PM Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow led by Jessica Hope while Parisa plays gentle sound healing instruments ($15)

7-8PM Parisa guides an intuitive sound healing session under the full moon’s light while Jessica guides a relaxing restorative yoga practice. We will close with a community reflection. ($25)
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket/beach towel, water bottle, bugspray, sunscreen, pillow/cushion, and to wear long layers. In the event of heavy rain or thunder, event will be cancelled and refunds will be provided.
